Talking to our Customers
At Armstrong The Mover, we don't just hope we are doing a good job, we ask our customers! Our quality measurement process includes customer surveys which ask our customers to rate our performance by answering twenty questions in four different categories - pre-move services, packing services, loading services, and delivery services.
These survey results are tabulated and used as the basis for Quality Achievement Awards which are annually presented by United Van Lines to their agents. We are proud to have received nine such awards in the past ten years.
